Day 1 – We take you to the airport (zoned area) – Depart Adelaide on your Singapore
Airlines flight to St. Petersburg.
Day 2 – Arrive in St. Petersburg and be taken by our EVERGREEN TOURS DIRECTOR
to board the M.S. ROSSIA where a warm welcome and a splendid “WELCOME
ONBOARD DINNER” AWAITS YOU.
Day 3 – ST. PETERSBURG – Enjoy a guided tour of St. Petersburg’s finest sights. This
evening the Captain will host a WELCOME COCKTAIL PARTY.
Day 4 – ST. PETERSBURG – Visit the breathtaking HERMITAGE MUSEUM. Rival
to the Louvre in Paris, this museum is one of the largest and oldest in the world –
Formerly the WINTER PALACE and home of THE TSARS. It comprises of nearly
3 million exhibits including the largest collection of paintings in the world.
Day 5 – ST. PETERSBURG – Enjoy a day at leisure to explore the sights of St. Petersburg.
Day 6 – We dock in MANDROGI – A lovely tour today. The charming landscape is
dotted with colourful “Izbas” – wooden houses with finely carved roofs and window
frames – There is also free time to visit the “lots of fun” VODKA MUSEUM
Day 7 – Our ship docks at KIZHI ISLAND – You will be taken on a tour of THE OPEN
AIR MUSEUM OF ARCHITECTURE with a precious collection of wooden churches
and chapels including the CHURCH OF THE TRANSFIGURATION with its
22 timbered onion domes built in 1714 without a single nail.
Day 8 – Cruise to GORITSY – Our coach tour here includes the KIRILLOBELOZERSKY
MONASTRY built in 1397 with its wonderful collection of Russian
Orthodox Icons which were loved by “Ivan the Terrible”
Day 9 – Cruise to YAROSLAVL an ancient city dating back to 1010 – Our guided tour
takes us to the historic centre, the 17 century Church of St Llya the Prophet filled with
incredible frescoes and classic Russian architecture and the 12th century Saviour-
Day 10 – Cruise to UGLICH with a guided walking tour of this fascinating city with its
1000 year history. The town has been used by various Monarchs including “Ivan the
Terrible” as a base for attacks on the Tatars and Poles
Day 11 – MOSCOW – Enjoy a guided tour of Moscow’s finest sights including Red Square
St. Basil’s Cathedral, Lenin Mausoleum & the amazing COSMONAUT MUSEUM
Day 12 – MOSCOW – Today your guide will take you to THE KREMLIN and in the
State Armoury you will see priceless weaponry, jewels and royal artefacts.
Day 13 – We disembark from the M.S. ROSSIA and you will be taken to the airport to
join your Singapore Airlines flight to Adelaide.
Day 15 – You will arrive in Adelaide and once again you will be taken home by
limousine (zoned area)
